Hello foodies! We are Tala and Tin, and we are addicted to food. We would like to record and share our culinary adventures on this blog. After years of hustling in high-pressure jobs, we realized that there is more to life than work, namely food. Life is too short to be stuck in an office, staring at spreadsheets all day.
So we took a leap of faith, ventured out to different places, built this website from scratch (yes Tala, I coded everything by myself 🙃), and decided to explore the world of restaurants on our own terms. No more stuffy meetings or rigid schedules – just us, a fork, and a knife in our hands.
This blog is where we will be documenting our food journey, sharing our experiences, and hopefully inspiring others to follow their Esslust. From trekking through remote villages to savoring local cuisines, we are on a mission to immerse ourselves in different culinary traditions and create memories that will last a lifetime.
